All Vital Ear devices come with our exclusive 30-Day Free Trial. To initiate the Vital Ear 30-Day Free Trial, we charge a small Shipping & Handling fee of $6.95. Orders leave our warehouse within 1-2 days of placing an order and arrive at your door within 4-6 days of placing an order. If you choose to return your device at the end of the 30-Day Free Trial period, we will happily refund the $6.95 Shipping & Handling fee. A $6.95 fee will also be added to any accessory order $99 and under.

All orders shipping outside the contiguous United States will have a shipping charge assigned to the order. This amount will be calculated in the shopping cart, prior to purchase. Vital Ear does not ship Internationally.

Returns

Your satisfaction is GUARANTEED! All Vital Ear Hearing Aids come with a 30-Day Free Trial period. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, call us within 30 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), and instructions on how to return your device.

If you are returning your hearing aid because it has stopped working properly, first perform the following checks as this may fix the issue you've encountered.

  • Thoroughly clean or replace the ear tips, ear tubes, and/or wax guards
  • Insert new batteries
  • Make sure the device is in the ON position

The 30-Day Free Trial period will start from the day you receive your device, which will be indicated in the shipment tracking information included in your order status email.

If you decide to return a product, please request an RMA no later than 30 days after the date of delivery.

This Returns Policy applies only to hearing aids and the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping fees.

Note that this Returns Policy will not apply, if a Vital Ear device has been modified or damaged, or if the serial number has been altered, or if any repairs have been made to the device by anyone other than an authorized Vital Ear Repair Specialist.
